2. Phase II: calculate the PCT application and patent workload of foreign developed countries from December 16, 2018 to November 30, 2019. The deadline of phase II: December 16, 2019.

After December 10, 2019, the work amount of patent authorization for invention from December 16, 2018 to November 30, 2019 will not be added.
The workload from December 1 to 31, 2019 can not be counted this year due to the time problem, so it will be supplemented according to the 2019 accounting standard in the 2020 workload accounting.
The workload from December 16 to 31, 2018 shall be implemented in accordance with the accounting standards of the school's 2018 policy.
Omission and supplement: for the omission in the list, each college shall supplement it with red text at the bottom of the statistical table and then feed it back to the Secretary of scientific research, who shall feed it back to the office of Intellectual Property Center. The main omission is that the workload close to December 15, 2018 has not been counted in 2018.
For self applied patents, the missing inventors shall also have been registered in the patent management system of Jiangsu University, and the original patent authorization notice and patent certificate shall be submitted to the office of intellectual property research center.
