This year's papers and treatises year-end workload accounting is still relying on the scientific research system. Teachers can enter the “scientific research management system” (hereinafter referred to as the system) from the entrance of the campus network “Jiangsu University Comprehensive Service Portal” with the card number. Accounting through the system. The basic operating procedures are: the teacher claims in the system, improves the thesis information captured by the system, supplements the entry information, and adds the entry information (for the operating steps, see appendix 1)-scientific research secretary review-science and technology department review-data determination -Export data to calculate performance points.
I. Workload Accounting
1. Teachers are requested to claim the search papers published in 2019 and indexed by SCI (E) and EI in the system's “Publishing Network” module. In order not to delay the valuable time of your teachers, please complete the paper information immediately after you claim it, otherwise you will be returned to modify .
(2) All the accepted papers crawled by the Internet must be claimed and edited by the corresponding author. (If the corresponding author is a foreign entity, the first author should be claimed.) Teachers, please refer to the award file and operate it carefully. If the teacher has mistakenly received it, please be sure to "cancel" the import, otherwise other authors cannot do it.
(3) This year's SCI (E) search papers will continue to use the "Journal Division List of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Documents and Information Center (2019)", in accordance with the principle of "the size of the category is the highest," the regional award.
2. Included papers not captured by the system, please add in the system, upload the corresponding pdf file of the search certificate (requires the index number) in the system, and submit a paper search certificate to the research secretary for review .
3. Please add the missing and unaccounted searched and accepted papers in the system in 2018. You need to upload the corresponding search certificate attachment pdf file in the system (must be marked with the index number), and submit a paper version of the search certificate to the research secretary for review. 2. Workload Accounting
1. All books on accounting workload (referred to as monographs, compilations, translations, excluding textbooks), the author is required to enter relevant thesis information in the system (the information is as complete and comprehensive as possible), and provide an original and a copy (The photocopy must have the cover, copyright page, and editorial board page) to be reviewed by the research secretary of the college, and submitted to the science and technology department for archiving.
2. Monographs funded by the Jiangsu University Monograph Publishing Fund will not be awarded.
Fourth, the workload calculation of scientific research platform
Teachers are asked to claim the scientific research platform approved by our school for cooperation and report it to the scientific secretary from Annex 3 "Notice on the Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center Construction Project for 2019" The scientific research platform summarizes statistics in a tabular format (see Appendix 2 for the table), and an electronic manuscript is sent to jxky@ujs.edu.cn. The data in the table serves as the basis for the completion of the scientific research platform indicators of each college, and the rewards are awarded according to the documents that meet the reward conditions.
Five, matters needing attention
1. The deadline for the first round of workload calculation this year is the afternoon of December 5, 2019, and the deadline for the second round of feedback signatures is December 15, 2019.
