The college organized two intensive training sessions: 13: 30-15: 30 on November 6 and 13: 30-15: 30 on November 20; Location: Lecture Hall on the seventh floor of the School of Mechanical Engineering.
Training content and form
Tutor training consists of two parts:
1. Training content: Interpretation of postgraduate tutors' rights, responsibilities, work specifications, and postgraduate training.
Forms of training: a combination of expert lectures and self-study, studying the national, provincial, and university graduate tutor system.
2. Training content: exchange of postgraduate training experience.
Training format: Inviting outstanding graduate tutors to introduce experience on graduate topic selection, key training links control, project group management, and Lide Shuren work, etc .; supervisors exchange discussions.
Work requirements
1. In order to further improve the mentoring ability and quality of mentors, and to continuously improve the ability and level of graduate mentors in our college to teach and educate people, we must actively participate in the mentorship during training, and each department should do a good job of attendance.
2. After the training of all tutors, log in to the "Graduate Tutor Business Knowledge Learning and Examination" assessment system (http://yun.ujs.edu.cn) to complete the tutor business knowledge learning assessment. The additional graduate tutors selected from 2015 to 2017 must complete the assessment on the Internet before November 30, 2019.
