Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Second Concentrated Opening of 2017 Graduate Degree Thesis

Colleges and Departments:

According to the relevant requirements of the graduate training program of our college, the 2017 graduate students did not participate in the opening of the first time or the dissertation of the dissertation was suspended for the second time. The second opening of the dissertation is still centralized and organized by the college. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. Read more than 20 classic classics and foreign literature according to the "Mechanical Engineering Reading Monographs and Literature Reading Guide", and complete the translation of more than 2 English literatures. The dissertation must be assessed and scores recorded before the dissertation is opened. Those who do not pass the dissertation must not enter the dissertation opening. Publicly published academic papers in English journals with the first author or the second author (the mentor first), and they can be regarded as qualified in the reading of foreign literatures included in EI / SCI.

2. After the student writes a written opening report and submits it to the supervisor for review and approval, uploads the "Graduate Information Management System", which requires the tutor's approval and college approval in the system.

3. Literature reading translation and application for opening questions must be completed in the graduate management system and reviewed by the supervisor before April 12. On April 12, the college exported the list of students who completed the literature reading translation and opening application in the system and posted it on the website of the School of Mechanical Engineering. Students who are not publicized are not allowed to participate in this question.

4. The college set up an assessment team for opening questions (consisting of 5 experts, of which there is at least one enterprise expert in a professional degree), and a responsible person was appointed to preside over the assessment. The opening scores are assessed by a panel of experts.

5. Opening time: April 19th at 8:00 am. (Please refer to the group announcement for details of the opening site)

6. Please print out a copy of the “Opinions and Signatures of Experts on the Opening of Graduate Degree Thesis” (exported from the graduate management system) before submitting the questions to the experts.
