In order to fully grasp the publishing situation of papers (books) of our faculty in 2022 and facilitate the statistics of research workload of papers (books) in 2022, the information of papers (books) approved in the scientific research management system is gradually taken as the scope of paper recognition in discipline evaluation, master and doctoral supervisor selection, teacher title recognition and other work. The information statistics of papers (books) published by our Institute in 2022 are being carried out. The relevant notice is as follows:
First, paper claim, supplement system
Paper claim, supplement work rely on the scientific research management system of the paper "claim platform". Please enter the "Scientific Research Management System" from the entrance of "Jiangsu University Integrated Service Portal" on the campus network with your card number. Click the "Claim Platform" in the upper right corner to claim and record your papers.
2. Principles of data push by the "claim platform"
By default, the system will push the paper to the first teacher author or corresponding author in the school. The first teacher author or corresponding author in the school must claim it in time, and the person who claims it is responsible for checking and suppleming the information.
Three, the paper claim, the basic process of registration
1. Teachers should claim and supplement the paper information captured by the system according to the operation guide in the "Paper Claim Platform User Manual _ Teacher Edition" (see Attachment 1); The official published papers not captured by the supplementary system; Return the papers wrongly recognized or unclaimed; Finally, click Submit.
2. The scientific research secretary will systematically check and review the papers claimed by the teachers in the college. Please return the papers that have been approved in previous years or have been claimed this year.
3. The Science and Technology Department shall conduct review, feedback and statistics.
Iv. Information statistics
1. Please log in the scientific research management system, input the information of the works (referring to monographs, edited works and translated works, excluding textbooks) in the Results Management - Academic Works - Addition, upload the supporting materials (including the cover, back cover, copyright page and editorial board page (in English)), and provide an original copy, which will be reviewed by the scientific research secretary of the school and submitted to the Science and Technology Office.
2. Monographs funded by the monograph Publishing Fund of Jiangsu University will also be entered into the system.
Five, time node
1. According to the school's year-end workload statistics schedule, the deadline for the first stage of paper claim is November 28.
2. In order to prevent the repetition of the supplementary papers and the claimed papers, the function of "supplementary papers" in the system will be temporarily closed before November 28, and the first stage of supplementary papers will be from November 28 to December 5.
3. The audit deadline for each level two unit is December 6.
Vi. Precautions
1. In order to ensure the accuracy of the original information of the paper, the claimant shall accurately check the information of the supplementary paper, including the DOI number, ISSN number and all authors (including the claimed paper and supplementary paper).
2. The included papers that are not captured by the system should be first reported to the scientific research secretary by teachers. If they are not in the system, they should be added to the claim platform within the specified period of time. Don't make up papers published online and in 2023 for now!
3. Due to the need of year-end assessment, full-time scientific research institutions established by the university must be claimed separately.
4. The partitions of SCI papers published in 2022 will be counted according to the upgraded edition of the Journal Partition Table of the Literature and Information Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (after the data will be put online by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in December), and the partitions of SCI papers in 2021 will be counted according to the basic edition.
5. The Department of Social Sciences is responsible for the statistics of humanities papers (works) of each unit.
