On the morning of September 14, School of Mechanical Engineering held a seminar on the joint training program of Sino-French engineers in the small auditorium. Professor Xu Zhenying, deputy dean of the college, served as the keynote speaker. The presentation was hosted by the freshman counselor Yu Weijie. All the 2020 undergraduates of the School of Mechanical Engineering participated in the presentation.

At the presentation, Vice President Xu Zhenying introduced in detail the training objectives, training model and future prospects of the Sino-French engineer joint training project. The students also put forward their concerns about language test requirements, degree certificate recognition and employment directions.In response to the questions, the representatives of the school provided specific answers. The teachers and students exchanged actively and the atmosphere was harmonious.

The purpose of this seminar is to provide new students with opportunities to receive higher education in an international environment, encourage new students to learn professional knowledge, broaden their knowledge, and cultivate high-quality talents with international vision, social responsibility and international competitiveness.
