2. Main work content of graduate students returning to school
1. Preparation before returning to school and requirements on the way
(1) Strictly implement the "Measures for Returning Graduate Students Prior to Returning to School in the School of Mechanical Engineering during the Period of Epidemic Prevention and Control", personal application-supervisor consent-student verification-college review-research and engineering review-school approval.
(2) After the school is formally approved, the college will notify the tutor, and the tutor will contact the graduate student to confirm the specific time, return method and specific working place after returning to the school, and report to the college in time (specific contact Hong Yajie 18260622711).
(3) When entering the school, graduate students must be accompanied by a counselor. They must undergo temperature testing, verify their identity information, and verify the "Su Kang code" before they can enter the campus.
(4) After entering the campus, graduate students should wear masks as required and should go directly to the designated dormitory or isolation point, and not stay in other places.
2. Education management after returning to school
(1) After returning to school, postgraduate tutors should strengthen students' ideological and political education and patriotism education, cultivate students' awareness of the overall situation, and strengthen students' understanding and understanding of "four consciousnesses", "four confidences" and "two safeguards".
(2) Implement a health information reporting system. During the epidemic prevention and control period, the postgraduate self-temperature monitoring and health information reporting system will be implemented. Strict management of student dormitories. You must wear masks and take body temperature when entering and leaving the student dormitory. If there is any abnormality, report to the instructor and counselor in time, and deal with it according to the school’s epidemic prevention and control plan.
(3) Strengthen education and guidance. After returning to school, graduate students should not go out, visit, gather, or go to crowded public places, work and rest on time, and develop good hygiene habits.
(4) Strict daily management. Further strengthen the responsibilities of instructors and strictly implement the responsibilities of instructors. During the epidemic prevention and control period, the principles of “no leave if required, no leave without approval”, strict management of graduate students going out, and strict visits by outsiders.
(5) Caring for life after returning to school. After graduate students return to school, tutors and graduate counselors should take the initiative to care about the lives of returning students, especially graduate students who have been isolated on campus for 14 days to help them solve their difficulties in life.
3. Management of key places
studio
(1) Keep a certain distance between tutors and students, and between students and students to avoid close contact. If necessary, B601 and B603 can be opened as temporary studios.
(2) If graduate students need to do testing and research in the laboratory after returning to school, strictly implement the "Work Plan and Emergency Plan for the Scientific Research Laboratory of the School of Mechanical Engineering during the Prevention and Control of the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic", and the supervisor will apply to the college uniformly. The control work leading group approves and reports to the school’s teaching and research platform working group for record before entering the laboratory.
(3) Regularly kill the studio twice a day: It is recommended to leave the studio at noon before lunch and at night. Disinfection supplies are taken from the administrative office.
(4) The used experimental items, gloves, paper towels, masks and other wastes are classified and placed in special garbage bags for disposal according to regulations.
Dormitory area
(1) There is no need to isolate graduate students in the original dormitory when returning to school. The college temporarily adjusts the dormitory arrangement, 1 person and 1 room; graduate students who need to be isolated will live in the 10 isolation points in District C. The dormitory is managed in a closed manner. When entering the dormitory area, real-name verification and temperature detection are required. During the epidemic prevention and control period, visitors are not allowed, and students do not gather or visit in the dormitory area.
(2) Implement daily report and zero report system of dormitory epidemic situation.
(3) Implement centralized dynamic management with dormitories as a unit, implement the "three reports per day" system in the morning, midday, and evening, and the late roll call system, and seriously deal with students who do not return at night.
(4) Personal hygiene should be done well, bedding and personal clothing should be aired and washed regularly. Clean up garbage in time to maintain environmental sanitation. Postgraduate tutors and counselors should regularly check the sanitary condition of the dormitory, and report the abnormal situation of the students in the living area in time.
3. Work requirements for graduate students after returning to school
1. Requirements for instructors
(1) After the students return to school, the tutors must timely and accurately grasp the student's dormitory location, studio room and physical condition. If there is any abnormal situation, please contact the college in time.
(2) Ask the tutors to remind students to enter the office building where the studio is located, and pay attention to registering in and out of the building (student registration book).
(3) Ask the tutors to strengthen the academic guidance of graduate students.
(4) After the students return to school, the tutors are asked to remind students to follow the "Guidelines for Priority to Return to School for Postgraduates During the Epidemic Prevention and Control Period of Jiangsu University".
2. Requirements for students
(1) Study in designated studios, and do not walk around between studios.
(2) Proactively contact the tutor to report on academic progress and recent research content.
(3) To enter the office building where the studio is located, registration must be made (student registration book).
(4) Wear a mask in public places.
(5) Actively cooperate with the work of epidemic prevention and control staff, take the initiative to complete the registration and submission of health information, and report in time if there are special circumstances.
