On July 3rd, Director Mo Jiping of the Continuing Education Office visited our college to attend the "Face-to-Face: Talking About Growth" seminar with the paired class and provide guidance on the work of the college's Robot Innovation Club. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Liming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. Also present at the meeting were Wan Yinchen, a full-time counselor, and students from Measurement and Control Class 2201.

At the beginning of the seminar, Deputy Secretary Zhang Liming briefly introduced the purpose and significance of the seminar. Subsequently, the students spoke in turn, combining their own academic status and career plans. Director Mo Jiping fully affirmed the academic atmosphere and teaching style of the Measurement and Control major. He mentioned that as one of the characteristic majors of the college, the Measurement and Control major has always maintained a good learning atmosphere, and the students have a solid professional foundation, which has laid a solid foundation for their growth and development. Director Mo Jiping further pointed out that the country is currently focusing on high-quality development, and all industries are seeking innovation and breakthroughs. In the future, the society's demand for high-quality talents will be increasing. He encouraged the students to face challenges with a positive attitude, achieve success in their studies, and contribute to the country's development. At the same time, Director Mo cared about the difficulties the students encountered in their study and life, put forward targeted suggestions, and encouraged everyone to set lofty ideals and work hard in a down-to-earth manner.

After the meeting, accompanied by Deputy Secretary Zhang Liming and Counselor Wan Yinchen, Director Mo Jiping went to the Robot Innovation Club of the School of Mechanical Engineering to provide guidance. He learned in detail about the achievements and works of the students' innovation competitions as well as the training and preparation for competitions, carefully watched the competition drills of the club members, and gave valuable suggestions and guidance on the difficulties and problems encountered by the students in the training process.

Director Mo highly praised the innovative spirit and practical ability of the club members, encouraging them to dare to explore, be brave in innovation, and fully demonstrate the demeanor of contemporary college students.
