To effectively meet the job-hunting needs of graduates, further expand employment channels for graduates, and promote the full and high-quality employment of the 2025 graduates of our school, the School of Mechanical Engineering successfully held the 2025 Spring Special Recruitment Fair on the second floor of the Gymnasium at the main campus on the afternoon of March 19.

In this special recruitment fair, nearly 50 enterprises including Youtaike (Suzhou) Sealing Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Modern Shipbuilding Technology Co., Ltd. gathered here to recruit talents. The job demands covered multiple majors such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, accounting, and materials science, providing hundreds of job positions for the 2025 graduates. In the exhibition hall, graduates shuttled between the booths with their resumes, screened and matched positions based on their personal advantages, and conducted in-depth conversations with recruitment supervisors about job information. Students from non-graduating classes also carefully checked the job requirements of enterprises, conducted in-depth communication with employers, and learned about the employment situation and employment requirements in advance to provide references and guidance for their personal career planning.

In addition, a resume guidance area was set up at the recruitment fair site. A resume guidance team composed of full-time counselors from the School of Mechanical Engineering provided one-on-one resume optimization services for graduates, with a total of more than 100 resumes diagnosed. By carefully carrying out resume guidance to provide support for students, the school strives to help students find satisfactory jobs as soon as possible and promote high-quality employment of the school. This special recruitment fair has built a communication platform for employers and graduates, expanded the channels of internship and employment positions for graduates of our school, enabled graduates to have more abundant job competition experience, effectively solved the employment problem of graduates of our school, and is of great significance for implementing the "six stabilities" and "six guarantees" (Note: "Six stabilities" refer to stabilizing employment, finance, foreign trade, foreign investment, investment, and expectations; "Six guarantees" refer to ensuring employment, people's livelihood, market entities, food and energy security, industrial and supply chains, and the normal operation of grassroots governments).

The School of Mechanical Engineering has always attached great importance to employment work in the school's development, closely focusing on the "comprehensive employment" work pattern.
