On March 11, to enhance students' resume-making skills, effectively improve their employability, and facilitate targeted employment, the School of Mechanical Engineering, together with the Student Community Party Working Committee, "Yiyou" Science and Technology Innovation Workstation, Zhongling Academy and other platforms, successfully held a special resume-making guidance activity themed "Stand Out from Resumes, Guide the Future Career" in the conference room of Zhongling Academy. Zhang Dongyang, counselor of Zhongling Academy, Ye Xin, deputy director of the Student Affairs Office of the School of Mechanical Engineering, and counselors Li Hongyu, Huang Guoqing, Ji Guangrui participated in the guidance.

At the activity site, the guiding teachers gave full play to their professional advantages and rich experience, conducting a comprehensive review of resumes from aspects such as the completeness and logic of content as well as the aesthetics of typesetting. They helped students identify and correct problems such as unclear information expression, overly general experience description, and chaotic typesetting, and put forward targeted revision suggestions on a one-on-one basis. Meanwhile, the teachers also provided personalized interview and employment suggestions based on the students' professional characteristics and personal strengths, so as to strengthen the students' competitive advantages.

This activity has effectively improved the students' resume-making skills and provided strong support for them to take a solid first step in the job-hunting process. In the future, the School of Mechanical Engineering will continue to develop the "Yiyou" Science and Technology Innovation Workstation, keep paying attention to students' growth, development and employment needs, and hold more practical employment guidance activities in the "one-stop" student community.
