In order to improve and perfect the working mechanism and system of the associations in the School of Mechanical Engineering, and to ensure the smooth development of the work of the associations, on the evening of March 29th, the Department of Association Management of the School of Mechanical Engineering held a training conference for the heads of the associations of the School of Mechanical Engineering in the conference room of the B410 of the Mechanical Building, in which the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School, Yu Weijie, as well as the ministers of the Department of Association Management of the School of Mechanical Engineering in the academic year of 2023-2024, all the heads of the associations participated. The meeting was held in B410 conference room.

The meeting mainly focused on the following five sections: management rules of student associations, instructors and work of associations, star rating of associations, construction and improvement of the association system, and preparation for the new session. The head of the management department of the association made a brief summary of this activity and briefly explained the subsequent replacement work. Yu Weijie pointed out that part of the society's work system is not perfect, resulting in the society's work is not carried out smoothly, put forward the cooperation driven program, that is, the college clubs and related departments to carry out activities together, the top ten clubs to promote the emerging clubs to improve the system, for the smooth development of the subsequent work of the society to provide a theoretical guide.

Through this training session, club leaders have a deeper understanding of club management and activities. It is believed that under the joint efforts of club instructors, club management organizations and student clubs, the clubs will be able to do their own work on the basis of their own characteristics, make their own name and show their own value.
