To thoroughly implement the general requirements for Party building in the new era and further enhance the ability of Party branch secretaries in the college to fulfill their duties and improve their professional skills in Party building, the Mechanical Engineering College conducted a special training session on improving the quality and ability of Party branch secretaries in the conference room B410 of the Mechanical Building on the afternoon of March 6th. The training was presented by Guan Xuefei and Sun Yuejuan, organizers from the Organization Department of the university's Party Committee, and was attended by all Party branch secretaries from the college. The training session was presided over by Huan Yuting, the director of the college's Party Affairs Office.

At the beginning of the training, Huan Yuting introduced the guest speakers and emphasized the significance of the training, expressing the hope that each branch secretary would value the learning opportunity and effectively enhance their professional skills in Party building. Following this, Sun Yuejuan presented a detailed analysis on the practical aspects of "Three Meetings and One Lesson" for grassroots Party branches, covering its historical development, concepts, basic working methods, standardized recording, and other important organizational life systems. Guan Xuefei provided a specific introduction to the workflow of developing Party members, focusing on strict standards, standardized procedures, and ensuring the quality of new members. During the meeting, the Party branch secretaries shared their experiences and insights based on their practical work.
