By combining theory with practice, he guided and stimulated young people's interest in the field of science and technology innovation. Leveraging the distinctive achievements of laser technology from the School of Mechanical Engineering at Jiangsu University, he transformed theoretical knowledge into lively and interesting practical activities, making learning fun and deepening youths' understanding of cutting-edge technology, while cultivating their innovative spirit.

In addition, the Youth League Committee of the School of Mechanical Engineering actively established a publicity and display platform that combines online and offline channels, encouraging each team to share their practical achievements and experiences in a timely manner. This comprehensive display of the practical style and gains of the volunteer service team members has formed a good demonstration effect. Meanwhile, offline volunteer service promotion activities were held, allowing more faculty and students to witness and share in the joy and achievements of the practice, thereby expanding the coverage and influence of the practice activities, and effectively stimulating greater enthusiasm and motivation among students to participate in volunteer services.
