On May 22, the School of Mechanical Engineering, in collaboration with Qizhi College and Hongjiang College, held a job experience sharing session titled "Smart Start, Dream Achieved" as part of the "Pathway to Graduate Study" series. The event took place in the report hall on the seventh floor of the Mechanical Building. The session featured invited speakers including Ye Xin, deputy director of the Student Work Office of the School of Mechanical Engineering; graduate counselor Li Hongyu; and outstanding recent graduates Wang Tao, Pan Yangjie, Xiang Wenci, Xu Ze, Yang Hongwei, Qi Xiaofei, Wang Huajia, and Zhu Xunyi. Ye Xin analyzed the employment situation under the background of the Great Ideological and Political Education, and explained the core practical abilities of employment from the aspects of self-management, innovation ability, career planning, and resume creation. Wang Tao shared his insights on resume creation and interview skills, using his own examples and specific cases to highlight the key points of CV writing and the condensed interview techniques he gained from multiple corporate interviews.
