To enhance students' understanding of the talent market, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, further improve the employment rate of students, and expand their job search channels, the School of Mechanical Engineering invited Manager Zhao from the Human Resources Department of Kunshan Hengyuan Precision Machinery to conduct a special presentation session on March 15th, offering career guidance to students.

During the recruitment session, Manager Zhao provided a brief introduction around the company's profile, corporate culture, and spring recruitment plan. He then gave a detailed presentation on the recruitment positions, specific job requirements, talent development paths, and salary compensation offered by the company. Subsequently, Zhang Shuai, a graduate of the School of Mechanical Engineering from the class of 2017, was invited to share his journey from being a reserve technician. He combined his personal career planning to share his experiences, encouraging students to complete their studies diligently and expressing his hope to progress with students who are interested in joining the company, which received positive responses from the audience.

At the presentation session, Manager Zhao addressed various concerns of the students, including work environment, working hours, and welfare subsidies, providing detailed answers. Many students submitted their printed resumes, clearly expressing their job intentions.
