The School of Mechanical Engineering organized a school-enterprise cooperation symposium and a "Bringing In" job fair special presentation session

To strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, promote the integration of industry and education, deepen the connotation of visiting enterprises and expanding job opportunities, and further facilitate students' full and high-quality employment, on March 5th, the School of Mechanical Engineering invited Miao Yu, Human Resources Director, Chen Zhenqiao, Technical Director, and Feng Jie, Human Resources Recruitment Manager from Danieli Metallurgical Equipment (China) Co., Ltd. to hold a school-enterprise cooperation symposium and a "Bringing In" job fair special presentation session. Zhang Liming, Deputy Secretary of the School's Party Committee, Chen Xiuxiang, Deputy Director of the Mechanical Design Engineering Department, Yu Weijie, Deputy Secretary of the School Youth League Committee, Ye Xin, Deputy Director of the School Student Work Office, and funding counselor Ji Guangrui also attended the event.

During the symposium, Zhang Liming expressed a warm welcome to the delegation from Danieli Metallurgical Equipment (China) Co., Ltd. Feng Jie provided a brief introduction to the company profile, corporate culture, and spring recruitment plans. Consensus was reached on the themes, requirements, and organization of school-enterprise competition cooperation. Chen Zhenqiao engaged in detailed discussions with Chen Xiuxiang on technical issues related to the enterprise, and they achieved initial cooperation intentions.

At the job fair presentation, Feng Jie provided a detailed introduction to the company's development journey, basic structure, achievements, open positions, and hiring criteria. She also answered various questions raised by the students, including talent cultivation, career development paths, salaries, and welfare subsidies. Chen Zhenqiao shared his experience of growing from being a management trainee, combining it with personal career planning insights. He encouraged the students to learn their professional courses diligently, clarify their personal goals early on, and dynamically revise their individual plans.

This event facilitated the cooperation and co-construction of high-skilled talent training models between the school and the enterprise. It further promoted the industry-academia-research cooperation and exchanges between the two parties. Through the special presentation session, a high-quality career planning platform and job supply-demand platform were established, opening up a positive situation for mutual benefit and shared success between the enterprise and the school.
