On November 24, the School of Mechanical Engineering organized a class meeting on academic assistance in the B410 conference room. Students received academic warning from the college and counselors Shan Shan, Huang Shuoming, and Yu Weijie of each grade attended the class meeting. The meeting was hosted by counselor Yu Weijie.

At the meeting, Yu Weijie conducted a detailed analysis of the specific situations of students who received academic warnings last school year, including failed subjects, specific reasons and causes of learning difficulties, etc., and guided them to sort out their accumulated credits according to the training plan and list the course difficulties in detail. Develop a study plan to effectively improve learning efficiency. Secondly, they are required to attend classes on time, and the college will strengthen classroom attendance. In addition, Shan Shan encouraged everyone to take the initiative to get rid of boredom in studying, to clarify their academic plans, to proactively discover problems and try to solve them.
