On November 2, the School of Mechanical Engineering held "Innovation Lecture Hall" in the lecture hall on the seventh floor, and invited Professor Huang Shu, the doctoral supervisor of the School of Mechanical Engineering, to give a report entitled "Discussing the construction of bachelor's-master's-bachelor's degree scientific and creative system from the young students' project of National Autonomous Science and Technology", which was hosted by Ye Xin, the counselor of graduate students. The activity was hosted by Ye Xin, the counselor of graduate students, and graduate students and undergraduates of the college actively participated in it.
Prof. Huang Shu mainly focused on four aspects: "the connotation, purpose and significance of the science and technology innovation system", "system construction, science and technology innovation management and operation model", "operation cases and results overview", and "talent training, some experiences and thoughts". First of all, Huang Shu introduced the reform of the National Natural Science Foundation of China's young students' projects, which led to the blueprint of the construction of the B.S.M.B.S. system, and combined with the needs of the times and the concept of cultivation to encourage students to actively participate in disciplinary competitions, to do a good job in the planning of each stage of the learning career, and to promote the construction of the individual's thinking system; and then showed the research results of the laboratories constructed on the basis of the B.S.M.B.S. system in a vivid case study. Afterwards, the labs built on the basis of B.S.-M.S.-B.S.C.E. system are shown with vivid cases, and the application methods and precautions for excellent projects are introduced; finally, taking their own growth as an example, learning is a lifelong thing, and the road of academic study needs to be always endeavouring to go forward and rise to difficulties.
This "Innovation Lecture Hall" activity helped students understand the specific content of the B.S.-M.S.-B.S. innovation system, expanded their personal innovation vision, and helped them to clarify their goals, and carry out targeted learning and innovation at each stage of their academic career.
