On August 2, "Craftsmanship Builds Dreams" social practice team of Mechanical Engineering College in Jiangsu University , together with the Youth League Committee of Healthy Road Street, Jingkou District, carried out summer safety education activities for primary and middle school students in Taohuawu Community, Healthy Road.

During the activity, Wang Sen, deputy director of Dongwu Station of Jingkou Fire Brigade, gave the children the first lesson of fire protection. Mr. Wang introduced in detail to the children how to recognize fire and how to correctly save themselves in the face of it. Zhenjiang Customs staff gave the children the second safety lesson - food safety, educating them on how to maintain balanced nutrition and a reasonable combination of meat and vegetables.

Liang Chaoxu, a volunteer from Jiangsu University's School of Mechanical Engineering, enthusiastically exchanged ideas with the children and carried out safety education around the prevention of drowning, traffic safety, prevention of abduction and deception, and other summer-prone issues, so as to enhance primary and secondary school students' awareness of safety and improve their self-protection ability.
