At 2:00 p.m. on January 13, the Mechanical College held the 2023 Winter Vacation Overseas Study Pre-Course Guidance Meeting through online meeting. College counselor Ji Guangrui, Wan Yinchen, and students enrolled in the Winter Vacation Overseas Study attended the guidance meeting, which was presided over by counselor Ji Guangrui.

At the meeting, Ji Guangrui introduced the basic situation of the college's winter vacation overseas study, affirmed the students who participated in the overseas study, and encouraged them to continue to work hard to learn knowledge during the holidays, and continue to broaden their international horizons. In the winter vacation of 2023, overseas study will be carried out both online and offline. A total of 24 students of our college have signed up for the Jiangsu University Students Overseas Study Government Scholarship Program, the National University of Singapore Artificial Intelligence and machine Learning program, and the Nanyang Technological University Robotics, Automation and Internet of Things program. Then, Wan Yinchen put forward requirements for the students participating in overseas study: “First, cherish the learning opportunities,I hope everyone do a good job in the pre-study preparation before class, the background of the English lectures, I hope everyone can memorize more words and be brave enough to speak English, so as to better learn and communicate in class, and thoroughly understand the teaching content; second, abide by classroom disciplines, attend classes seriously according to the prescribed time, study diligently and ask questions, pay attention to teamwork, and complete class assignments and final exams in a timely manner; third, we must firmly love the party, the country, and the school , you must pay attention to your words and deeds inside and outside the classroom, abide by the laws and regulations, be a good netizen on campus and show the excellent spiritual outlook of Jiangsu University.”
School of Mechanical Engineering has always attached great importance to and actively encourage students to participate in overseas study, and continue to create a good environment for students to participate in related programs.
