According to the relevant requirements of the postgraduate training program of our college, the 2017 postgraduate students did not participate in the opening of the first question or the result of the opening of the dissertation is suspension. The second issue of the dissertation was still implemented in a centralized manner, which was organized by the college. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. Read more than 20 classic and foreign literatures according to the "Mechanical Engineering Reading Monographs, Literature Reading Guide", and complete the translation of more than 2 English documents. Before the dissertation is opened, it is necessary to conduct an assessment and record the results. If the dissident is not qualified, it is not allowed to enter the dissertation opening section. In the English journal, the first author or the second author (the first author is teacher) will publish the academic papers of the professional and be accepted by the EI/SCI as the foreign language reading.

2. After the student writes the written opening report and submits the examination and approval of the teacher, upload to the “Graduate Information Management System”, and the instructor must approve the examination and the college approval before opening.

3. Literature translation and opening application must be completed in the postgraduate management system and reviewed by the instructor before April 12. On April 12th, the college exported the list of students who completed the literature reading translation and opening application in the system and publicized it on the website of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering. Students who have not been publicized may not participate in this opening.

4. The college set up an expert assessment team ( consist 5 experts, including at least one enterprise expert in the professional degree), and determined that a responsible person presided over the assessment. The results of the opening questions are assessed by a panel of experts.

5. Opening time: starting at 8:00 am on April 19th. (See the group situation for details on the location of the opening)

6. Please print a copy of the “Expert Thoughts and Signature Form for the Opening of the Graduate Dissertation” (extracted from the Graduate Management System) to the opening expert before the opening of the question.
