On June 25, the School of Mechanical Engineering held a lecture on “Inch by Inch, Through the Millennium - Handmade Codified Design and Laser Production” in the Lecture Hall on the 7th floor of the Mechanical Building and a special lecture on the frontiers of science and technology. The lecture was delivered by professor and doctoral supervisor Huang Shu, and some teachers and students of the college attended the activity.

Huang Shu took the origin and connotation of the title “Crossing a thousand years within a square inch” as the starting point, introduced the theme of the lecture “Handmade Seal Engraving Design and Laser Production”, and explained the project from the project foundation, guarantee conditions, project implementation plan, results demonstration and extracurricular expansion, and so on. He explained the unique charm of the combination of handmade seal cutting and laser production from various aspects, such as the foundation of the program, conditions, implementation plan, results display and extracurricular expansion. During the program, Ms. Huang Shu showed the excellent results of the program to the students, such as the farming theme seal, the school festival theme seal, the May 4th youth theme seal, etc. In addition, she emphasized the importance of handmade seal carving and laser production, and the importance of handmade seal carving and laser production.
