On the morning of September 25th, the Theoretical Learning Center Group of the Party Committee of the School of Mechanical Engineering convened a special learning session on the spirit of the 20th Third Plenary Session of the Party in Room B414 of the Mechanical Building. All party committee members of the school attended the meeting, with the dean's secretary also present. The meeting was presided over by Pan Hongjun, the Party Secretary of the school.

At the meeting, Dean Zhang Zhongqiang conveyed and studied President Xi Jinping's explanation of the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Comprehensive Reform and Advancing Chinese-Style Modernization" as the first agenda item. Vice Dean Ye Yunxia and Cheng Guanggui, Dean of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Manufacturing, led the study of the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Comprehensive Reform and Advancing Chinese-Style Modernization". Pan Hongjun and Vice Secretary Zhang Liming made key speeches combining with their actual work, and other participating leaders exchanged views and made speeches around the learning theme.

The meeting emphasized that the Party Committee of the school should regard learning, promoting, and implementing the spirit of the 20th Third Plenary Session of the Party as a major political task for the current and future periods. It should guide teachers and students of the entire school to closely connect with the actual development of the school, combine learning with central work and key tasks, and consolidate the achievements of party discipline learning and education. With a high sense of political responsibility and mission, they should deepen their learning, continuously pioneer and innovate, forge ahead with determination, and jointly push the school's undertakings to a new level.
