On January 6th, School of Mechanical Engineering held the year-end meeting of the League and Student Union in Room JXB401, inviting the Institute Deputy Party Secretary Pan Hongjun and all ministers in League and Student Union attended the meetig. Institue Secretary of Youth League Committee Du Kang was the host.

Institute Deputy Party Secretary Pan Hongjun firstly affirmed the achievements of league and student work in this academic year and encouraged students to open up thinkings, do more innovations so as to achieve long-term progress. Later, teacher Du summarized the league and student work in this whole year and put forward the suggestions for new year. He pointed that on the aspect of organizational construction, all divisions should strengthen communication and contact, achieve resource sharing and improve the work efficiency. On the aspects of team construction, student cadres in Youth League and Student Union should learn actively and find own disparities so as to enhance self - comprehensive ability. On the aspects of activity, all the divisions should integrate the projects, timely summarize the rules and enhance the degree of innovation. At last, teacher Du arranged the working plan of new year and the members in Student Union reported the working plans.

This meeting summarized the whole year work and arranges the plans of new year, which further improves the league and student work in our school.
