On August 24-27, National University Equipment Teaching Conference was held in Shanghai, with 210 representatives from universities and corporations attending. Vise-president Boquan Li from school of mechanical engineering, Director Xiliang Zhang from measurement and control system faculty, Party secretary Shoupeng Song and Vice-director Zhenying Xu took part in the seminar, in which the topic was “Engineering Education Accreditation”.

Themes such as teaching positions, major characteristics, talent training mode and industry satisfaction about Equipment major have been widely discussed. It has been strengthened that accreditation process has to be detailed to improve education quality, satisfy society requirements and develop with varieties.

At the same time, Vice-president Boquan Li from mechanic engineering school attended the 6th National Instrument Engineering Education Development Conference as well.
