On the afternoon of October 9th, Optical Information Department organized all teachers to visit the lecture about the “Fourier optics” delivered by Professor Guilin Ding . During the class, Mr.Ding paid much attention to lead student thinking and learning proactively and explained thoroughly the related theory of physical meaning behind it. With humorous language, profound professional knowledge bases, and high teaching skills, Professor Ding demonstrated how to teach a professional course successfully.

After class, Professor Ding communicated with other teachers and introduced the experiences and methods in the aspects of interacting with the students, teaching management in the class and lesson preparation.
