Xiangqun Tan,male and han ,is from Wuxi,Jiangsu province.He was born in March,1961、joined in the Party in the December,1985 and started working in July ,1983.He graduated from the  Mechanical Engineering Department of our Jiangsu Institute.He has a bachelor's degree and graduate'sdegree of the Management Science and Engineering refresher course of Nanjing Science and Technology University, as well as a deputy professor.
