On November 24, the School of Mechanical Engineering held a lecture on Construction of Scientific Ethics and Style of Study for graduate students in the lecture hall on the seventh floor. The lecture was presided over by the graduate instructor Hong Yajie, and Zhang Liming, deputy secretary of the school’s party committee, was the keynote speaker.

At the beginning of the conference, Zhang Liming expounded the importance of academic ethics for graduate students' study and research, cited examples of academic misconduct in society in recent years, and explained to graduate students the causes of academic misconduct and the serious consequences of violating academic ethics. At the same time, Secretary Zhang pointed out that graduate students as highly educated talents should pay attention to learning anti-espionage knowledge. Finally, she encourages graduate students to cultivate good research habits, correct their own scientific research attitudes, strengthen their scientific research literacy, and avoid academic misconduct from the source.

Through this lecture, the graduate students of the college have more soberly realized the importance of scientific ethics, which is of great significance to promote the construction of the college's scientific research integrity and create a clean scientific research environment.
