Professor Jiang Zhongwei from Yamaguchi University in Japan, Professor Baek Tae-Hyun and Professor Chung Tae-Jin from Kunsan National University in R.O.Korea, along with their delegation came to our university and had an academic visit on March 23, 2015.

Song yuqing (Vice President of the JSU), Zhou Jianzhong (Secretary of the Mechanical Engineering School) and Ren Xiaofei (Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges) carried out the reception and negotiations. The main task of the visiting experts is to discuss the detailed matters of the 3^rd Summer Program on Innovative Engineering Design (SPIED 2015) with Jiangsu University. And they also discussed the matters of offering English courses for the post-graduate students of Mechanical Engineering School.

Professor Jiang Zhongwei and Vice President Song yuqing had an in-depth discussion and analysis on SPIED 2015 in the morning of March 23. And they finally had reached a preliminary cooperation intention about the follow-up study.

Professor Gu Jinan, the head of mechanical design department and Dr. Yang Zhiru talked over the English course of “Engineering Optimization Theory and Practice” for post-graduate students with Professor Baek Tae-Hyun and Professor Chung Tae-Jin from Kunsan National University in R.O.Korea in the school conference room at the afternoon of March 23. After discussions, they had reached reach a consensus on the detailed issues, such as curriculum, teaching methods, course content, teaching hours and the date and so on.
